Refund & Return Policy – PremiumTights Overview
At PremiumTights, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help — please review our hygiene-based return conditions carefully.
Return Eligibility
To protect product hygiene and safety for all customers:
• Only unopened and original sealed tights can be returned
• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in original packaging
• Order number or receipt required
⚠️ Once the packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal broken, a return is not possible for health and safety reasons.
Non-Refundable Items
• Opened or used tights
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards (not refundable / not redeemable for cash)
How to Request a Return
1️⃣ Email info@premiumtights.au with your order number & reason for return
2️⃣ After approval, send the item to our return address
3️⃣ Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
4️⃣ After inspection, approved refunds are issued to original payment method
Exchanges
We only exchange an item if it arrives defective or damaged.
